Knowledge Retention Assessment for Learner Competency Tracking

I developed a knowledge retention assessment for an instructor seeking data on learner competencies within a training course. The instructor wanted an assessment that not only measured understanding but also encouraged learners to learn from their mistakes throughout the course.

To meet these needs, I built an interactive quiz using a native LMS authoring tool, allowing for a variety of question types that required learners to demonstrate different cognitive skills. The assessment featured immediate feedback, enabling learners to review incorrect answers and retry, reinforcing key concepts in real time. By leveraging built-in LMS capabilities, the assessment effectively tracked learner progress while maintaining an engaging and adaptive learning experience.
