About Me
Hi. My name is Dr. Lindsay Andreolli-Comstock. I am a Global Citizenship Education (GCED) specialist, LXD consultant, instructional designer, e-learning developer, ordained clergyperson, small business owner, and published author.
I am passionate about building human-centered learning experiences both online and in-person. I have worked in the realm of Learning Experience Design (LXD) for 18 years with a concentrated focus, for the last 12 years, on instructional design and e-learning development. In 2015, I earned a professional doctorate with a final thesis focused on adult curriculum design and development (see below). I enjoy engaging with clients and SMEs to develop learning experiences that transform perceptions and illuminate new paths of understanding.
My current and previous clients include individuals, nonprofits, schools of higher education, and government entities invested in the common good. I believe the best educational designs prioritize authentic engagement and intentional, innovative use of technology.

My Doctoral Dissertation
My final thesis project for the Doctor of Advanced Practice of Ministry degree from Louisville Seminary, More Than Charity, is a training curriculum for church leaders equipping lay leadership with the principles and practices of social justice. This book includes five major study unit modules on everything from "Christian Responses to Injustices" and "Liberation Theology" to "Movements Against Oppression." Each unit equals 1-3 hours of group workshop material to educate and equip lay leadership on social justice advocacy for transformative solidarity action. Available at Louisville Seminary library in Kentucky.
