Interactive Flip Cards for Higher Education
I designed interactive flip cards for a university’s on-demand faculty training course, transforming standard course material into a visually engaging, interactive experience. Concerned about faculty disengagement, the client wanted a solution that was both academically professional and dynamic, while also allowing for trackable participation data.
Using an independent authoring tool, I developed interactive flip cards to present key course information, such as objectives and expectations. Instead of passively reading through dense text, faculty clicked to reveal content, ensuring active engagement with the material. This approach addressed concerns about passive learning while also enabling real-time tracking of faculty interactions through the institution’s LMS.
With SCORM compatibility, these interactive elements seamlessly captured engagement metrics, giving the institution clear insights into faculty participation and progress throughout the training.
