Interactive Tabs for Employee Training

I developed interactive tabs for a corporate client’s on-demand employee training course, transforming static information into an engaging, structured learning experience. Concerned about learner disengagement, the client wanted a solution that was both visually stimulating and professional while also providing trackable engagement data.

Using an independent authoring tool, I designed interactive tabs for key course details, such as structure and expectations. Instead of passively scrolling through content, learners clicked to reveal information, ensuring active participation throughout the course. This approach addressed the client’s concerns about passive learning while also enabling real-time tracking of learner interactions via the corporate LMS.

By integrating SCORM compatibility, the interactive elements seamlessly captured engagement data, allowing the client to monitor progress and ensure employees remained actively engaged in their training.
