Interactive Hotspot Map for Employee Onboarding

I created an interactive hotspot map for a corporate client as part of their online employee training program. This dynamic learning tool transformed company onboarding by replacing passive reading materials with an engaging, click-based experience, allowing new employees to explore company locations worldwide through an interactive interface.

Built-in an independent authoring tool and SCORM-compatible, the map was seamlessly integrated into the company's LMS. Users could click on highlighted symbols to reveal key details about each office, including employee numbers, department functions, and working time zones. This design ensured employees gained essential company knowledge in a visually engaging, user-driven format.

By encouraging direct interaction, this approach enhanced user engagement, making company information more memorable and accessible. Additionally, LMS tracking allowed administrators to monitor participation, ensuring employees absorbed critical details for better collaboration across global offices.
